Brewers Decorator Centres' sponsorship will enable us to ensure a safe and durable environment for all our members. At Forest Fighting Fit, we offer a variety of fitness classes, including kickboxing, boxing, Thai boxing, tai chi, and dance and movement sessions. Our programs are designed to cater for all ages young and old, people with disabilities, and those experiencing social isolation, promoting physical health, mental wellbeing, and social connections.
